Viber works. Right until Friday, when the invoice needs a CMR that is four hundred photos back.
The way it goes now
- The order goes out as a Viber message
- He writes the address on a bit of paper
- He photographs the papers, sends them, sometime
- They land in a chat with everything else
- The customer rings the office to ask
- Friday: scroll back to find the CMR
An invoice waits two weeks on a photo nobody can find.
With CargoLog
- The order is on his phone, in his language
- He sees what is his today, in order
- He photographs the papers when it's done
- They sit on the order, under the reference
- The customer has his own link

How it goes
1. The order goes to his phone
Reference, ramp, consignee, hour. He opens a link. Nothing to install, no box in the cab, and it is in his language.
2. He photographs the papers
CMR, delivery note, whatever the consignee stamped. It lands on that order with the reference and the time already on it.
3. The customer has a link
He sees his own delivery and nothing else of yours — not your driver, not your other loads, not what you charged.
You already own the hardware.
The big companies put a computer in every cab and bill you for it before anybody has driven anywhere. That made sense in 2005. Now it is a phone he already carries, and one person building the software.
