Service Description

CargoLog is a web-based fleet management tool for trucking companies. It allows you to manage drivers, trucks, trailers, and delivery orders. The service is provided as-is and is continuously improved.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user account is personal and should not be shared. Company administrators are responsible for managing their team's accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CargoLog only for lawful fleet management purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into CargoLog, including company information, order records, and delivery photos. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Termination

You may stop using CargoLog at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon request, we will export or delete your data.

Limitation of Liability

CargoLog is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the operator's country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CargoLog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
